Celebrating a commitment to women in leadership, employee well-being, and stronger communities.

OnSite Health is proud to be named the 2026 recipient of the ATHENA International Organizational Award presented by the South Bend Regional Chamber. This recognition honors organizations that foster inclusive leadership and create opportunities for women to advance professionally and reach their full leadership potential.

As a women-owned and led business, OnSite Health has spent more than two decades building a culture centered on employee well-being, professional growth, and accessible healthcare. The award reflects the efforts of the entire team and its commitment to helping people grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact in their workplaces and communities.

A Women-Led Company Focused on Employee Well-Being

Founded by Connie Bryan in 2005, OnSite Health was built around a simple goal: making healthcare more accessible in the workplace. After seeing how preventive care, health education, screenings, and first aid could benefit employees, Connie established a business that brings healthcare services directly to where people work.

Today, OnSite Health provides customized workplace healthcare services to businesses across the country, including:

  • On-site nursing and primary care
  • Health screenings and immunizations
  • Workplace health and safety programs
  • Preventive care and employee wellness services

Through these services, OnSite Health helps employers improve access to preventive care, support employee well-being, and build healthier teams. The company also prioritizes professional growth, creating an environment where team members can develop their skills and reach their full potential.

Connie Bryan’s leadership at OnSite Health has consistently stood out for its blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and genuine investment in people. She has built a culture where high standards and support go hand in hand, empowering team members to grow.

Her commitment to developing women leaders makes the inaugural ATHENA International Organizational Award a fitting recognition of the work Connie and OnSite Health have done to empower women for 21 years. I’m proud to be part of the team and grateful for the example she sets.

A Commitment to Women and the Community

Creating opportunities for women to grow professionally and take on leadership roles helps build stronger workplaces and communities. OnSite Health’s commitment to employee well-being and professional development reflects the values recognized by the ATHENA award.

Through OnSite Health’s workplace healthcare services, employers can:

  • Improve employee access to healthcare
  • Encourage preventive health practices
  • Help employees manage their health and well-being
  • Create healthier, more supportive workplaces

Access to healthcare is an important part of building healthier workplaces and communities. By making preventive care and health resources more accessible, employers can help employees prioritize their well-being.

Receiving the ATHENA Award is an incredible honor, and I accept it with deep gratitude on behalf of our OnSite Health team and my family. When I started OnSite Health over 20 years ago with just $247, I could never have imagined how far the journey would take us.

To me, this recognition is about more than personal achievement. It reflects the importance of supporting women as leaders, empowering employees to reach their full potential, and investing in the communities we serve.
