A year has flown by since Jonathan Bryan joined the OnSite Health team in May 2023 as our Regional Account Executive. During this time, Jonathan, with his background in environmental health and distinguished sales achievements, has become an indispensable part of our team. We recently caught up with Jonathan and talked about his experience with OnSite Health. Let’s get started!

1. Could you share a little about your background?

After attending the University of Dayton, I started working for a company that specialized in comprehensive waterproofing. When I was there, I focused primarily on respiratory health, particularly on the impacts of environmental hazards such as mold and mildew on a person’s overall health. During my time in this role, I was recognized twice as one of the nation’s top sales lead generators.

2. Why did you pursue a career in healthcare sales?

My entire life, I’ve been surrounded by family members who have all had roles in the healthcare industry. So, I’ve always been fascinated by health and fitness. Although I never aspired to become a doctor, I feel like helping people through my advocacy is a good way to still contribute to better health.

3. Tell us about your role at OnSite Health

I serve as a resource in helping manage meaningful programs for organizations throughout Indiana and southern Michigan. Everyone knows how hard it can be to make a change in lifestyle and sometimes all they need to make that change is to have someone else take that step with them. This is one of the aspects that make workplace wellness programs so beneficial: you have peers who also want to make a change and the company is supportive enough to make it happen.

4. What attracted you to OnSite Health?

Leadership has always played a significant role in my life, whether that be on the basketball court, in my role as an uncle to five nieces and nephews, or through guiding clients toward effective workplace solutions.  The sense of tradition, continuity, and shared purpose I’ve experienced being part of a family business resonated with the values at OnSite Health, making it a natural choice for me.

5. What are your goals for the year?

My primary objectives center around continuous learning and network growth within the community. Through this, I can provide my knowledge and support to those who are looking to make a difference in their workplace.

6. What are your hobbies outside of work?

I enjoy working out, golfing, binging movies/television shows, and spending time at the lake with my family.
