What is our COVID-19 Illness Hotline?

OnSite Health’s COVID-19 Illness Hotline is a 24/7 nurse monitored service that employees can call when they are sick or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. When an employee calls our hotline, our nurses will work with them to determine the next steps as related to isolation, testing, and returning to work. Our staff will call daily to monitor the employee’s health for any positive or negative changes and updates to test results until a return-to-work decision has been made based on current and ever-changing CDC guidelines. A daily report of all activity, including those released to come back to work is sent to company designees.
